Return & Refund Policy

At DØST, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Items must be in their original condition

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.

Condition of Returns
We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, washing, damage or wear caused by the customer.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition as received.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage. Without proof, we cannot process a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases:

  • Items that have been worn or washed

  • Items returned in a used or altered condition

  • Claims without proof of damage (for damaged item requests)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

If rejected:

  • No refund will be issued

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
